The NFL Draft is a week from Thursday. That's right, Thursday. The NFL decided to move this year's selection event to prime time, and it will be televised over three days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday.I'm not sure how I feel about this change. I enjoyed the weekend-long NFL Draft, but this new format might make it more exciting. With breaks after the 1st and 2nd/3rd rounds, teams will have more time to restack their boards, and we may see more teams trying to move up at the start of the 2nd and 4th rounds.
Looking at the Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints, the team has picks in each round except the 5th, and they will pick in the last slot (before compensatory selections) of each round. Here's a look at who a few mock draft have the Saints taking in round 1:
